Keep your oysters refrigerated, between 2 and 4°C (35 and 40°F), sealed in this package, and stored right-side-up. This will ensure optimal moisture and airflow, while preserving the oysters’ natural juices.
Rinse your oysters with cold water right before shucking. Neverleave them immersed in water.
Once rinsed, the oysters should close tight. Any oysters that remain opened may not be alive and should not be eaten.
Shuck your oysters only when you are ready to serve them.
